Online Consultations are a convenient way of consulting about new, non-urgent problems. You can also use this service to enquire about existing referrals.
In the Online Consultation section of the Airmid App you will find a list of questionnaires about common, routine health problems.
Choose the one that best suits your problem and follow the simple steps to complete.
Once submitted, this will be reviewed by the most appropriate person at the surgery. They will get in touch with you by phone, email or SMS.
